Bosnia’s Communications Minister Ismir Jusko and Saif Mohammed Al Suwaidi, Director General of UAE General Civil Aviation Authority signed an Air Traffic Agreement between the Council of Ministers and the government of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), in Dubai.
The agreement deals with air traffic between the signatory countries and regulates the rights that they give each other, to enable their air carriers to establish and operate air services.
Air carriers designated by each country will be able to fly over the territory of the other country without landing; to stop in the territory of the other country for non-commercial purposes; to stop in the territory of the other country for the purpose of boarding or unloading passengers of international air services, while performing agreed air services, etc.
The Agreement also regulates the issuance, revocation and limitation of operating licenses for air carriers, customs and other user obligations, reciprocal recognition of certificates and other documents issued by the national air transport authorities of both countries.
