Three persons were shot dead and one injured in a shooting near the northwestern city of Banja Luka late Monday night, police chief Darko Culum confirmed.
Slavisa Krunic, the owner of several enterprises, including security agency ‘Sector Security’ and bakery chain ‘Zitopeka’ was killed in what appeared to be an ambush near his house in Banja Luka suburbs.
One of his associates, as well as the person who attacked them, died in the gunfire exchange.
Police arrived at the site in Glamocani settlement soon after the shooting was reported, according to a police spokesperson.
The investigation into the incident carried out by the Republika Srpska Ministry of Internal Affairs and under supervision of the Prosecutor's Office is ongoing
