Incident at Sarajevo airport causes two-hour flight delay

The incident happened moments before the departure of the Sarajevo-Vienna flight at 0735 a.m., which caused two-hour delay of the Austrian Airlines flight.

The passengers on the Vienna flight were already on board when the two persons were noticed passing near the runway. The police swiftly reacted and put them under arrest.

The Border Police briefly told N1 that investigation into this event is ongoing and further information will be available later on.
