The NATO Headquarters in Brussels hosted a charity event on November 16 and 17, called "NATO Charity Bazaar 2019," where members of Bosnia's Mission to NATO, their families and friends sold traditional Bosnian foods and beverages, thus representing Bosnia at this event, Bosnia's Defence Ministry said Tuesday.

The event gathered representatives from all permanent missions to NATO and many of their foreign associates and sponsors who sold their products in order to fund various humanitarian projects, some of which are implemented in Bosnia as well.

All the Bosnia team members have once again shown the well-known Bosnian hospitality through their dedication and cheerful spirit, thus promoting Bosnia and Herzegovina and contributing to raising its international reputation.

The Ministry noted that they and the Joint Staff of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina as well as other State institutions, supported the organisation of this event and that staff members from the Bosnian Embassy in Belgium and its permanent Mission to the EU, led by ambassadors Ivan Robovic and Emina Merdan, also joined their colleagues from Bosnia's Mission to NATO.
