Bosnia and Herzegovina offered the assistance to Albania following the devastating earthquake that hit this country in the early hours of Tuesday, leaving at least 16 dead.
The Ministry of Security has reached the rescue services in Albania and expressed the readiness of Bosnia's institutions to help the rescuers and peoples of that country in the search for missing persons and recovery from the quake's consequences.
Albania still has not responded to the institutions in Sarajevo.
The country is expected to specify what kind of assistance it needs at this moment, and Bosnia is prepared to send teams and equipment to search the missing ones in the ruins.
