Bosnia's Federation entity forms Coronavirus Crisis Staff

“Following the World Health Organisation's decision to proclaim the Coronavirus a global health threat, the FBiH Ministry of Health has automatically formed the FBiH Crisis Staff in accordance with the Law, which will further monitor the situation and take measures to prevent and detect early cases of the Coronavirus in the FBiH territory, and coordinate all activities between competent institutions," the Ministry's statement said.

The aforementioned Crisis Staff is taking over the tasks of the previously established Coordination Body of this Ministry, with the aim of increasing the degree of operability, the Ministry said, adding that all the implemented measures are focused on the early detection of suspected cases in order to prevent the onset and spread of the disease caused by the Coronavirus.
