Bosnia's health authorities have recorded four new COVID-19 cases, two in Republika Srpska (RS) entity and two in the Federation (FBiH) entity.

The two RS patients are one male and one female, both young individuals from the central Bosnian city of Banja Luka, the RS Public Health Institute said, adding that they are in home isolation, under the supervision of epidemiologists.

The two new FBiH patients were discovered in Mostar. Head of the Infectious Diseases Clinic in Mostar Jurica Arapovic said the two newly discovered patients were in contact with the first male patient discovered in this hospital on Tuesday afternoon.

The patients are the man's wife and a postpartal woman who works at his company. The woman's baby is awaiting test results for the coronavirus, as well.

Arapovic said the hospital is concerned when it comes to the first-discovered patient because he was not abroad, and yet he was infected with the coronavirus. This means that the hospital has no idea who the patient zero is in this south Bosnian region.

The total number of patients in the country is 38 and according to the latest information, all the patients are stable.
