Bosnia’s Foreign Affairs Ministry said on Wednesday that Bosnian nationals abroad can contact it via the hotline +387 33 281 309 or write an email to [email protected] if they need any assistance in light of the coronavirus pandemic.
The Ministry said the contacts are intended as means of communication for families of Bosnian citizens as well and for foreigners who have temporary or permanent residence in Bosnia so they can receive information and support in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
It said Bosnian citizens with temporary or permanent residence abroad who may have questions about the situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina or the measures introduced in the country should contact diplomatic and consulate representation offices or visit the Foreign Affairs Ministry website.
It also urged citizens to not to overburden its channels of communication with questions outside its jurisdiction but to rather contact the competent crisis headquarters and local health care institutions.
