Hospital fires doctor who came out of retirement to help during COVID-19 crisis

The management of the Dr. Abdulah Nakas General Hospital told Dr. Dragan Stevanovic, one of the doctors who came out of retirement to help out during the coronavirus crisis, that his services are no longer required, N1 confirmed.

Stevanovic was one of the doctors who responded to a call by the hospital’s director, Zlatko Kravic, who recently called upon any retired epidemiologists and other specialists to step up and help during the health crisis.
