Spring arrives on mountains near Sarajevo (PHOTO)

The village is seated between mountains of Bjelasnica and Visocica. Its most striking features are several water springs in its vicinity and meadows – ideal for hiking, recreation and long relaxing walks even for those who are not used to this kind of relaxation.

Considering that the village is only 50 kilometres away from Sarajevo, it is often the starting point for mountain tours of the Visocica mountain.

From this mountain, one can see other nearby mountains and villages.

Along the path leading to it, Anadolu Agency's photojournalist saw many citizens alone and in the company of their family, walking and enjoying the fresh mountain air and nature which is said to be the most beautiful at this time of the year.
