Two new cases of the coronavirus infection have been confirmed in Croatia, and there have been no new deaths for three days, the National Civil Protection Authority said on Monday.
“It has been 84 days since the coronavirus appeared in Croatia. In the last 24 hours we have diagnosed two more patients, which gives a total of 2,228 persons positive to Covid-19,” Health Minister Vili Beros told reporters.
A total of 54,820 samples have been tested, out of which 943 in the last 24 hours, and the percentage of positive tests is 4.06%.
“For three days now there have been no new deaths, so the number is still 95. Ten patients are on ventilators,” Beros underscored.
He added that 122 patients were in intensive care units, eight fewer than yesterday.
“The total number of patients that have been released from healthcare facilities is 738, and 1,178 recovered at home. The total number of recoveris is 1,946,” Beros said.
