Refugee children at Salakovac migrant centre get Eid holiday packages (PHOTO)
Muslim prayer communities from Bijelo Polje, near the city of Mostar, have gifted hundreds of Eid holiday packages to children throughout the past few days and on Sunday, 51 refugee children staying at the Salakovac also received packages.
“With help from good people and friends of our maktab we have expanded this activity and put together 700 packages which we have, thank God, handed to our children today,” said the Imam of the prayer communities of Podgorani, Prigrdjani and Humi, Admir Copelj.
The 700 packages were distributed to children aged between two and nine.
