The team of the Russian pro-war blogger who publishes under the name 'Rybar' held an 'education' in Serbia and Bosnia's Republika Srpska (RS) entity on how to manage channels on the Russian Telegram network.

In a post on the X platform, Rybar stated that their team spent the whole week in Serbia and RS and trained students, journalists, politicians and academics, and “explained how to create and run Telegram channels, organize them into networks, distribute the right content and fight misinformation”.

Their goal, as they say, is to show how one can manage without Twitter/X, Facebook and Instagram.

”For a long time, we studied the approaches of the West in waging an information war against us. Now is the moment to apply our knowledge and teach our associates the right approaches and include them in Telegram,” in the announcement said, adding that “the Balkans is just the beginning”.
