Over the past 24 hours, there have been no new COVID-19 cases in Croatia but there has been a new fatality, a 76-year-old woman who was on a ventilator, the national civil protection authority said on Saturday.
Since the start of the pandemic, Croatia has confirmed 2,247 COVID-19 patients and 2,121 recoveries, including eight over the past 24 hours, as well as 104 deaths. Also, 68,514 people have been tested, including 247 over the past 24 hours. Ten patients are hospitalised, including two on ventilators.
“Adhering to all the measures and instructions adopted so far is of key importance because, by behaving responsibly, we can reduce the spread of coronavirus infection. Everyone must be aware of the responsibility for their own health, the health of their family and fellow citizens,” the authority said in a press release.
