In the last 24 hours, one patient died, and out of 661 tested people, 215 newly infected were confirmed in Montenegro on Thursday.
The Public Health Institute said the death toll stood at 170 since the start of the epidemic, while 10,987 people were infected with the coronavirus.
It added 205 people recovered.
On Thursday, there were 3,409 active cases.
