Twelve people passed away due to COVID-19, and 373 more people tested positive for the coronavirus in Montenegro in the past 24 hours, the country’s Public Health Institute said on Sunday.
The institution said that 1,090 samples were tested since Saturday in the country and that the highest number of infections was discovered in Podgorica – 186.
“The total number of deaths related to the infection since the beginning of June is 304, and since the beginning of the year 313,” it said.
There are currently 4,185 active coronavirus cases in Montenegro.
