Coronavirus UPDATE: Twenty one patients died, 3,536 newly infected in Serbia
Serbia's Health Ministry said on Wednesday that over the last 24 hours, 21 patients died of the coronavirus-related ailments, bringing the total number of deaths to 936, and out of 12,514 tested people 3,536 were confirmed infected with the coronavirus.
A mortality rate stood at 1,33 percent.
Since the outbreak of the epidemic, 1,455,156 people have been tested, and 70,424 have been confirmed infected.
The Ministry said that on Wednesday t 2,959 patients were hospitalised, and 143 of them on ventilators.
