National Public Health Institute in Kosovo said on Wednesday that over the last 24 hours, 14 patients died due to COVID-19-related complications, while out of 1,340 tested people, 555 were confirmed infected with the coronavirus.
Since February, 146,703 people have been tested, and 40,672 samples came back positive for the novel virus.
The death toll stood at 1,040, while 25,910 patients have recovered so far.
The Institute said that on Wednesday there were 13,722 active cases.
