Coronavirus UPDATE: 57 patient dies, 6,903 newly infected in Serbia
In the last 24 hours, 57 patients died from COVID-19-related complications, bringing the death toll to 1,891 with a mortality ratio of 0.88 percent, while 6,903 people were infected with coronavirus out of 18,223 tested, Serbia's Health Ministry said on Saturday.
Since the beginning of the epidemic, 1,885,460 were tested, and 213,843 samples came back positive for the coronavirus.
On Saturday, 7,988 patients were hospitalised, and 279 of them were on ventilators.
