Serbia’s Health Ministry said on Monday that over the last 24 hours, 56 patients died from COVID-19-related complications, bringing a total number of fatalities to 2,005, while out of 15,697 tested people, 6,557 were confirmed positive with the coronavirus.

A mortality ratio is 0.89 percent.

The Ministry said that 8,209 patients were hospitalised on Monday and that 283 of them were on ventilators.

Since the outbreak of the epidemic in March, 1,915,643 people were tested and 226,209 of them were confirmed infected.
