“At today’s second telephone session, the Government of Republika Srpska assessed that the entry ban imposed on President Dodik was made without a clear legal basis or justification, that it constitutes direct interference in internal affairs and a violation of international conventions, and that it represents a step backward in relations and in the European perspective of the region,” the Government stated.
It added that, in order to protect the political and institutional integrity of Republika Srpska, and in line with international practices, the Government is introducing reciprocal measures, banning entry into Republika Srpska for Natasa Pirc Musar, President of the Republic of Slovenia, and Tanja Fajon, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of Slovenia.
