Deputy Chairman of the BiH Council of Ministers and Finance Minister, Zoran Tegeltija, discussed the reforms Bosnia and Herzegovina needs to implement as part of its European Union integration with Swedish Ambassador, Johanna Stromquist.

Stromquist congratulated the minister on his appointment to the new position.

They concluded that there is a good level of cooperation and no outstanding issues between the two countries and that there is room to improve relations in the coming period.

They stressed the importance of implementing reforms, noting that BiH's EU candidate status represents an opportunity and an obligation for the country.

Minister Tegeltija emphasized that the priority of the work of the Ministry of Finance and Treasury of BiH is the adoption of the budget so that the institutions function smoothly and implement reforms, as well as fulfil obligations to creditors, the Ministry of Finance and Treasury of BiH said.
