The Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina on Tuesday gave its consent to organising the voting on the territory of that country in the elections for the Croatian president, scheduled for 29 December.

As reported by its headquarters in Sarajevo, the government of Bosnia and Herzegovina gave the consent to conduct the vote in an extraordinary conference call today, and the decision applies both to the first round of the presidential election scheduled for 29 December and the possible second round on 12 January next year.

Croatian citizens who will be in Bosnia and Herzegovina on those days will have the opportunity to vote at seven locations, including the international Franciscan student centre in Sarajevo, the University of Mostar campus, the Consulate General of the Republic of Croatia in Banja Luka, the “St. Francis” Croatian Cultural Centre in Tuzla, the “Ivan Goran Kovacic” primary school in Livno, the “Vitez” primary school in Vitez and the “Fra Martin Nedic” school centre in Orašje.

Polling stations in Bosnia and Herzegovina will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
