The Brcko District Police reported an incident of flag burning on the building of the Office for Audit of Public Administration and Institutions, which was reported at 9:26 pm last night.

Police identified two suspects: S.N., born in 2001 in Tuzla, and her mother M.N., born in 1966, both residents of Brcko. The suspects were taken into custody, and a request for misdemeanour proceedings will be submitted to the Basic Court of Brcko District.

The police also recalled a prior incident involving S.N., who wrote the graffiti “Ave Satanas” on the White Mosque in January. The investigation ruled out motives of inciting hatred or intolerance in the flag-burning case, and reports will be forwarded to other authorities.
