“Yesterday, the Trade Union had another meeting with the competent Minister, Vedran Lakic, and the management of PE EP BiH, but they failed to reach any agreement. They offer the option of paying those salaries in some 20 days, but our Union did not agree to that proposal. They decided to organize a protest. We will see what will be the result of this, but the basic request is the payment of salaries and hot meals for January and February,” said Senid Dizdarevic, a member of the Trade Union of the “Raspotocje” plant.

The miners of seven mines from the EP BiH Group headed towards the FBiH Government building for the protest that started at around 11 am.
