Coronavirus UPDATE: 18 deaths, 1,739 newly infected in Serbia
Serbia’s Health Ministry said on Monday that over the last 24 hours, 18 patients died from COVID-19-related complications, while out of 10,471 people tested, 1,739 were confirmed infected with the coronavirus.
To date, 4,038 patients have died. The mortality rate is 1.02 percent.
On Monday, 4,034 patients were hospitalised, 145 of whom on ventilators.
Since the epidemic outbreak, 2,627,944 people have been tested, and 397,002 samples have returned positive for the new virus.
