The President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, stated in an interview with Srna that Bosniak politicians in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, "together with foreign actors, have turned institutions into a farce," where domestic politicians have no say.

Dodik criticized Bosniak politicians, elected by citizens of the Federation of BiH, for implementing foreign decisions and hoping for a “centralized, unitary Bosnia and Herzegovina, which will never happen.” He emphasized that the Constitution of BiH does not allow for such a structure and that BiH consists of two entities and three constituent peoples: Serbs, Croats, and Bosniaks.

“If Bosniaks want to have sole control, the only way is through separation, where they can create their own state,” Dodik added, suggesting that the process of peaceful dissolution will naturally occur.
