Dodik tells Russian Ambassador RS won’t allow BiH sanctions against Russia

Dodik said earlier that BiH did not impose sanctions on Russia because the tripartite Presidency has not achieved a consensus on that issue, and that there will be no consensus as long as he is in the Presidency.
