The Government of Bosnia’s Federation entity passed the Decision on the selection of beneficiaries of budget funds for incentives for the purchase of electric vehicles, as proposed by the Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry, on Tuesday.
The funds were earmarked in the FBiH Budget to the Energy Ministry.
The decision grants beneficiaries funds in the total amount of 498,000 Bosnian marks (some €250,000) in the form of a subsidy for the purchase of 89 new cars, exclusively powered by electricity, as well as hybrid cars with an electric engine and internal combustion engine.
Incentive funds will be paid from the FBiH Energy Ministry funds as determined in the FBiH Budget 2023, Current transfers to individuals - Incentives for purchasing electric vehicles.
