Firefighters battle blaze near Stolac, no threat to homes

The fire started yesterday at 2 PM, burning grass, high and low vegetation on inaccessible terrain, but there is no threat to residential and other buildings.

According to the Federal Operational Center, firefighters are on the ground.

In the past 24 hours, several fires have been reported in the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton (HNK), mostly involving grass and low vegetation.

In Prozor-Rama, a fruit orchard caught fire in the Rumboci area, and in Jablanica, electrical installations caught fire at the “Skafa” Shopping Center.
