The Cantonal Court in Tuzla has issued a first-instance ruling, acquitting former Sarajevo Canton Transport Minister Mujo Fiso, who was charged with abuse of office during his tenure.

Fiso, along with Haris Gusic (temporary manager at GRAS), Adnan Himzanija (president of GRAS Union), Sanel Neziric (lawyer and procurement educator), and Amir Junuzovic (owner of Junuzovic Kopex d.o.o.), were acquitted of charges related to the Association for Committing Criminal Acts and Abuse of Power.

The court found no wrongdoing in the 2017 agreement to purchase CNG buses for Sarajevo's public transport company, GRAS, from Junuzovic Kopex, bypassing public procurement procedures.
