German minister reiterates support to Bosnia's EU path

Luehrmann welcomed the positive steps and efforts towards meeting of the priorities that the European Commission set before Bosnia and Herzegovina, stressing that Germany, as one of the EU member states, finds it very important to invest all available efforts to help BiH come closer to the EU.

Bosnia's Foreign Minister Elmedin Konakovic thanked for Germany's support and a series of visits of its senior officials to BiH at this politically crucial moment for Bosnia and Herzegovina, according to a press release by the Foreign Affairs Ministry.

Borjana Kristo, the Chair of the Council of Ministers, emphasised the importance of Bosnia getting a green light for opening of the accession talks during the European Council's March meeting.

She also informed the German minister about the activities related to the Plan of Reforms for the Western Balkans Growth Plan.
