
The Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in Article IV, stipulates that the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH consists of two houses, the House of Peoples and the House of Representatives. The Constitution or any other law does not prescribe that the legislative authority, and particularly one house (the House of Representatives), can establish temporary offices, said Chairwoman of the Council of Ministers of BiH, Borjana Kristo.

Commenting on the formation of the Office of the Chief Negotiator of BiH with the European Union, Kristo emphasized that the Council of Ministers will continue to work continuously and responsibly to fulfill all obligations related to EU integration.
"In accordance with Article 22 of the Law on the Council of Ministers of BiH, the Council of Ministers will continue the process of establishing the Office of the Chief Negotiator," she stated in a post on platform X.
