The meeting was attended by representatives from the entity ministries the three public postal operators – BH Posta, Posta Srpske, Hrvatska Posta, and the Postal Traffic Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Participants agreed on the need to launch a unified Bosnian web portal to offer a range of services to citizens, with post offices leading these activities.

Minister Forto reiterated his unconditional support for the digitization of post offices in Bosnia.
