Metropolitan Mihalo of Montenegro came to Potocari this year to pay tribute to the victims of the Srebrenica genocide.

“I am an old visitor of the Srebrenica martyrs and I will come here as long as I live. Anyone who does not recognize the genocide in Srebrenica is not a human being, [you must] forbid them from entering Srebrenica,” said Metropolitan Mihailo.

Commenting on the fact that Thursday was not declared a day of mourning throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina, he said: “Those are not human beings.”
