
A regular meeting of the Coordination of Directors of the FBiH Police Administration and Police Commissioners/Directors of the Police Administrations of the Cantonal Ministries of the Interior in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina was held in Tuzla. The host of the meeting was the Police Administration of the Ministry of the Interior of Tuzla Canton.

The attending officials presented the Information on the State of Crime and Security in the Territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the period January–September 2025. This report statistically presents the achieved level of police performance in all areas of their legal competencies, as well as other current issues related to the work and activities of police structures in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
According to the data of the Cantonal Ministries of the Interior and the FBiH Police Administration, presented by specific segments for the observed period compared to the same period in 2024, the security situation in the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina is characterized by a decrease in the number of criminal offenses by 0.75 percent, a decline in the number of assaults on authorized officials by 7.41 percent, and an increase in the number of traffic accidents by 18.47 percent, as well as an increase in the number of registered offenses related to public order and peace by 12.39 percent.
At the meeting in Tuzla, to provide full support for the effective implementation of measures and activities within the scope of legal authority in the security sector, representatives of the OHR, UN, UNDP, and OSCE also participated, announced the FBiH Police Administration (FUP).
