The Sarajevo Canton Court issued a warrant for, Hanani Benazi, a Morrocan migrant who prosecutors suspect was involved in the murder of a local young man in Sarajevo last month.
Jasmin Berovic was killed and two of his friends were injured in a brawl with migrants that took place on November 17 in Sarajevo’s Ilidza neighbourhood.

The murder sparked protests by locals who demanded that authorities restrict the movement of migrants who are freely moving across the city.
According to the Canton Sarajevo Interior Ministry, Benazi, born in 1995, is being sought for murder and causing serious injury.
Another suspect in the murder, also a Morrocan national, was arrested end of November in Belgrade, Serbia’s Interior Ministry said.
