Sarajevo’s War Childhood Museum opened an exhibition in Belgrade

The ceremonial opening of the exhibition “Speaking Out” of the War Childhood Museum from Sarajevo and their partners Sunday night in Belgrade, marked the beginning of the thematic week dedicated to raising awareness about the problem of wartime sexual violence.

The “Speaking out” exhibition will be set up in the BGO hub, in Belgrade's Dobracina Street 4, from October 2 to 8, and it can be viewed every day from 11 am to 7 pm, with free admission.

Maja Zilic from the Youth Initiative for Human Rights (YIHR Serbia), Amina Krvavac, Executive Director of the Museum of War Childhood, Midheta Kaloper-Oruli on behalf of women survivors of war sexual violence, and Ajna Jusic, a child born because of the war, addressed the audience at the opening of the exhibition.
