The Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Bosnia, Osama bin Dakhil Al-Ahmadi, handed over his country’s donation of 50 tonnes of dates to several institutions and humanitarian organizations in BiH.

“We have gathered to launch a project to donate 50 tonnes of dates of exceptional quality to the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina. This is just a continuation of the work of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the field of improving the humanitarian situation in the world in general,” he told reporters at the King Fahd Cultural Center in Sarajevo.

He added that Saudi Arabia organizes a program to help friendly countries in the world every year and to share with them this ancient agricultural product known for its nutritional and health value.
