Schmidt: Schwarz-Schilling was a true advocate of dialogue and reconciliation in BiH
The High Representative Christian Schmidt has expressed sincere condolences to the family of Christian Schwarz-Schilling, High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina from 2006 to 2007, who passed away at the age of 96.
High Representative Christian Schmidt extended his sincere condolences to the family.
"Christian Schwarz-Schilling remained deeply committed to the people of Bosnia and Herzegovina, guided by his strong values in an admirable manner.
He was a true hero of moderation and reconciliation for Bosnia and Herzegovina, a friend and trusted adviser. OHR will miss him,” wrote Schmidt.
