Bosnia and Herzegovina was observing a day of mourning on Tuesday as rescue teams continued the search for people gone missing in flash floods and landslides that hit the northern part of Herzegovina and central Bosnia last week.
The country's two entities on Monday made separate decisions to declare a day of mourning due to opposition by Serb ministers on the BiH Council of Ministers to make a single, state-level decision on a day of mourning.
The search for the missing continued on Tuesday in the worst-affected village of Donja Jablanica, as well as in Buturovic Polje in Konjic municipality.
Rescue teams, including those from Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia and Montenegro have so far found 21 bodies in those villages and in the central Bosnian town of Fojnica.
Machinery is being used to clear roads and make repairs on the water, power and telecommunications networks.
