Over the last 24 hours, 18 patients died from COVID-19-related complications and out of 10,225 tested people, 918 were infected with the coronavirus, Serbia's Health Ministry said on Monday.

To date, COVID-19 claimed a total of 6,578 lives with a mortality rate of 0.94 percent.

Currently, a total of 3,786 patients were in hospitals, of whom 127 on ventilators.

Since the epidemic outbreak in March 2020, people 3,939,470 have been tested, and 701,326 have been positive for the virus.
