According to Serbia’s Health Ministry’s data on Friday, 19 patients died from COVID-19-related complications over the last 24 hours, while out of 10,638 tested people, 1,709 were confirmed infected with the coronavirus.

The death toll stood at 3,849, with a mortality ratio of 1.01 percent.

Since the epidemic outbreak, 2,527,514 people have been tested, and 380,802 samples have come back positive for the virus.

On Friday, 4,731 patients were hospitalised, and 161 on ventilators.
