Over the last 24 hours, 28 patients died from COVID-19-related complications and out of 15,265 tested, 4,747 people were infected with the coronavirus, Serbia's Health Ministry said on Monday.

To date, COVID-19 claimed a total of 4,747 lives with a mortality rate of 0.91 percent.

On Monday, 4,516 patients were hospitalised, 219 of whom on ventilators.

Since the epidemic outbreak in March 2020, 3,164.313 people have been tested, and 520,911 samples have returned positive for the new virus.
