Serbian regulator places N1, Nova S, Al Jazzera TVs under 'regular supervision'

The Council said it discussed the Program Monitoring and Analysis Services’ report on ‘Mentalno razgibavanje’ (‘Mental Exercise’) talk show aired on Nova S TV in which, it said, there were "a serious of irregularities and violations of the Law on Electronic Media and other regulations."

"It was decided to inform The Independent Luxembourg Broadcasting Authority (ALIA), European Platform of Regulatory Authorities (EPRA), European Regulators Group for Audiovisual Media Services (ERGA) and the OSCE“ about the talk show," REM said on its official website.

It added it decided to inform ALIA because that body issued a broadcast license to Nova S.
