Serbia's Coronavirus UPDATE: 35 deaths, 2,719 newly infected
Over the last 24 hours, 35 patients died from COVID-19-related complications and out of 14,544 tested people, 2,719 were infected with the coronavirus, Serbia's Health Ministry said on Thursday.
To date, COVID-19 claimed a total of 6,130 lives with a mortality rate of 0.91 percent.
On Thursday, a total of 6,174 patients were in hospitals, 219 of whom on ventilators.
Since the epidemic outbreak in March 2020, 3,741,146 people have been tested, and 673,520 samples have returned positive for the new virus.
