Serbia's coronavirus update: 58 deaths, 6,239 new cases

The Serbian Health Ministry said in its daily 3:00 pm bulletin on Wednesday that 58 people died of coronavirus-related ailments over the previous 24 hours, bringing the total number of deaths to 14,611.

It said that 17,606 people had been tested over the previous 24 hours, including 6,239 who tested positive for the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus.

The total number of people tested to date stands at 8,563,674 with 1,861,413 confirmed cases.

The bulletin said that there are 4,278 hospitalized cases, including 165 patients on ventilators.
