Over the last 24 hours, 59 patients died from COVID-19-related complications and out of 34,132 tested, 15,623 were infected with the coronavirus in Serbia, the Health Ministry said on Thursday.
To date, COVID-19 has officially claimed 13,807 lives in the country. The mortality rate is 0.8 percent.
Currently, 4,071 people are in hospitals, of whom 150 are on ventilators.
Since the epidemic outbreak in March 2020, 8,242,567 people have been tested, and 1,730,486 have been confirmed positive for the coronavirus.
