Serbia's coronavirus update: 62 deaths, 5,103 newly infected
Over the last 24 hours, 62 patients died from COVID-19-related complications and out of 20,428 tested, 5,103 were infected with the coronavirus in Serbia, the Health Ministry said on Monday.
To date, COVID-19 has officially claimed 10,534 lives in the country. The mortality rate is 0.88 percent.
Currently, 6,657 people are in hospitals, 277 of whom are on ventilators.
Since the epidemic outbreak in March 2020, 6,492,623people have been tested, and 1,192,476 have been confirmed positive for the coronavirus.
