Over the last 24 hours, four patients died from COVID-19-related complications and out of 9,786 tested, 189 were confirmed infected with the coronavirus in Serbia, the Health Ministry said on Tuesday.

To date, COVID-19 has claimed 7.088 lives in the country. The mortality rate is 0.99 percent.

Currently, 311 people are in hospitals, seven of whom are on ventilators.

Since the epidemic outbreak in March 2020, 4,572,957 people have officially been tested, and 719,006 have been confirmed positive for the coronavirus.
